Classy CEO: Why Shouldn't Nonprofits Have World Class Tools?

Classy is among the largest crowdfunding sites focused on philanthropy. Scot Chisholm, CEO and co-founder, believes the company can fundamentally enhance a nonprofits ability to raise money and perform effectively.

Chisholm says, “A lot of nonprofits fear that online fundraising is impersonal and disconnected. They have a point, because if done incorrectly, a donation can seem purely transactional. We are changing that by making the experience of giving, or investing in a cause, remarkable for every organization on the Classy platform.”
