Northeastern offers two intensive programs that take students out of the classroom. First-year students join the International Field Study Program after completing their core classes and travel to South America, China, the Middle East or eastern Europe. At the start of their second years, students can also do a 6-month corporate residency, in which they work at a local company. Full-time MBA students choose one of three career tracks: finance, marketing or operations or supply chain management. Northeastern is one of the
only business schools to offer a High Tech MBA Program, which focuses on the business of innovation. Northeastern placed 88% of its 2016 grads in the northeast.

What Alumni Are Saying
Northeastern provided a good education, particularly since it included internship experience. But the focus of the school's career services is on Co-Op (internships), and if you don't get a job through your Co-Op employer, you're on your own when you graduate.
Tom
Co-op program at Northeastern is very strong - helps prepare you for the road ahead. They do a great job of teaching you soft skills as well.
