This article is more than 9 years old.

There are a lot of theories and ideas for what the future of work is going to look like. I have explored several on this blog. However PwC recently released a report called, "The Future of Work a Journey to 2022," where they created three specific scenarios for what the future of work may look like. The orange world where companies break down into collaboration networks and freelancers are predominant; the blue world where organizations continue to get bigger, and the driving goals are profit, growth and market leadership; and the green world where social responsibility dominates the corporate agenda.

In this episode of The Future of Work Podcast I speak with Toni Cusumano, the U.S. Technology Industry, People & Change Leader at PwC. We talk about everything from technology and Millennials to talent management and workplace trends. It's definitely an important episode to listen to if you want to know the direction that work is headed in. Tune in to learn more!
